I ended up having to return something because I ordered the wrong size, and I was a little worried it’d be a hassle. But it was actually super easy. The return label was simple to get, and I got my refund a few days after they received it. No annoying back-and-forth or anything weird. Overall, happy with how smoothly it went

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and while they did get back to me and eventually fixed the issue, it took longer than I was expecting. I wasn’t looking for anything instant, but I did think the updates would be a bit clearer along the way. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as smooth as I’d hoped.

I thought it would take longer, but my order showed up really fast—and I was just glad there weren’t any delivery issues or anything. Super easy experience overall.

I ordered a couple of things from Side Deal the quality was kind of a mixed bag. One item was actually solid for what I paid, but the other one looked a little cheaper in person and had a small flaw. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “we’re sorry it arrived that way, but as long as it still works, it should be okay,” which wasn’t the most helpful response, but it wasn’t awful either. The item does still work, so I’m not really upset, just not blown away. I’d say it’s fine if you’re going in with realistic expectations and aren’t expecting premium quality

Some of the deals are actually decent, especially when there’s a discount, but I kind of regret assuming they were the cheapest option. A few items still ended up costing about the same or even more than other sites. The discounts do help, but I’d definitely check around before buying next time
